Hey FidMomof4,
I'm not sure if you're talking about the white net or the abaca net. The abaca is a Starbird Get A Grip net (http://www.estarbird.com). However, I bought mine at the time elsewhere. I would love another one or two. The white one I bought for an amazing price from Nets by Nate (http://www.netsbynate.com). I just heard that they may be out of business...I seriously hope not b/c the net is fantastic - the cotton is so comfy for the birds' feet, and I'd love to buy a few more.

Actually the Get-a-Grip nets are safer for the birds. I have heard some sad tales of birds getting cotton threads wrapped around their necks or their toenails caught in them. The Get a Grip is coarser and they can't get caught in it.

Thanks, John. I think of you when I look around and wonder if it's too cluttered - ha ha! You said, "needs more stuff," and I listened. ;)

Do you use ceiling protectors? I saw them on Mother Pluckin Birds website and was thinking of getting a few of them. I don't have a smooth ceiling it is rough sprayed and I worry about the birds chewing it off. I am fixing to order my birds a few Atoms cuz they look like so much fun for them.

I have a rough ceiling also. I do have some ceiling protectors, but knock wood, none of my birds have attempted to chew the ceiling, so I stopped using them. Mine are PVC and I paid about $12 for each of them. The atoms on Mother Pluckin Birds look very nice!

Wonderful indoor habitat, Kristen. Your bird room is really awesome. How long do you let them out for? Do you have a schedule for each and how much time does it take t clean up. It just looks spotless!!! Luck birds and very creative Mom.
