Did cage scrubbing today and the 6 insiders were out. Recipe for chaos. :rolleyes: Dharma and Diego refused to have anything to do with anyone else, Pip hates the quakers, the quakers just got into everything including my hair, and had to keep shooing them off the water bucket and Olly decided to be an antisociable little shit and refused to come out.

5 out of 6 together. Quakes kept flying back and forth onto the camera.

Tomorrow morning, Chaska comes in here to meet Ixchel and Yaxche! I will be with them every minute, hope it goes well! Sunday, I will bring the Princesses in. The Tiels will be fine, I might put Ixchel in first with them.

Quakers seem to be a fairly 'bold' bird - not much of a wallflower species are they?

They are all so adorable!! I think this size of bird is perfect. I love my zon and someday hope to have another, but just love the middle guys.

They'll quite often all be out, but first time with Diego on the scene. The quakers are like naughty school kids that demand attention, so I have to do some rotation or they'd just take over completely. Musical time out.:rolleyes:

I really like the size of all these guys. It's just right for me. I can have a few of them on me at a time without too many problems. Try doing that with a macaw or 3 :tongue:

Mary, I know hwat you mean about the size thing. I love that I can have all my birds living together and they won't hurt each other. I can have several in the bedroom at one time, I just have to keep them from trying to chew off the latch on the laptop.
