It's 3:20 am here and I am wide awake. I am so excited to see our baby tomorrow, I feel like a little kid going to Disney World, lol. Anyone ever feel like this over a baby bird you just met?

Yep yep, when Gypsy came, she was being dropped off at my house (breeder was from N. Carolina) and I couldn't sit still! With Harvey I HAD to sleep, I was making a 7 hour-round trip-drive to get him!

We went and saw the baby today, he/she was being super sweet! He/she is in her own cage now and I even saw her eating some food on her own. The breeder said she may be able to come home around Valentine's Day! :woohoo: I also saw a beautiful yellow cockatiel, which Evan pulled me away from, lol.

tiffany he is really adorable..and to answer ya yup when i saw zuppy in that tiny caged covered in poo and egg food i was heart broken when i had to leave him and stayed awake thinkin all night about how excited i was to be going back to take him outa that situation..with marley too i drove 2hrs to see him had no money on me so told the breeder id go back the next day..drove the 2hrs home to realise i couldnt wait , went to a cash machine and then drove the 2hrs back to get him lol

the last pic reminds me of bella and hunter... first thing she does when coming out of the cage.... up the arm, to the neck of the shirt, and hops in... be careful you might get shirt sitter too LOL

Is this Evans' bird? I ask because I cannot see you getting that baby away from him. I see the same look in Jeff's eyes with Sandra. For heavens sake we even have a 'too sticker on the SUV next to the trail bike club sticker.

He says it is "our" bird but I know! He is in love with her and I just sit back and let him- I have Doyle and Prinny who love me! I keep telling him Danny is going to freak out when the baby comes home because Danny is Evan's bird- he let him KISS him yesterday! It was insane!
