I was outside working and as I came out of the hallway of one of the buildings, there on the ground were two Starlings going at it. As I am smarter then the average bear I figured out it wasn't mating they were doing. They were having a death match for sure. They did not care in the least that I was there watching them. One on his back the other on top trying hard to get a throat ripping bite in.
Suddenly I felt like I was in a school yard. Where I was standing was at the intersection of two side walks with the end of three buildings surrounding me. The rim of the roofs of all three buildings were lined with Starlings watching. As well as three crows.
I almost had to push them with my foot to get them to stop. They didn't care I was yelling at them and shooing them with my arms. As they flew off I looked up again and ALL the birds were looking at me like I ruined their day!!! How wild is that?!!!
