The world knows them as Rimatara Lorikeets though the locals call them "Kura". Here are some video clips and a slide show of my encounter with these beautiful birds on 30 April.

I had intended for all these clips to be together but my digital camera videos open in Quick Time which apparently doesn't play nicely with Windows Movie Maker. The music on the slideshow is the song I danced to for the competition.
